He brings groove injected, retro blues/roots in spades. He’s played with Jimmy Witherspoon (USA) and Spectrum. He fronts his own funk infused outfit, Hey Gringo, who have just released a cracker album ’Not The Same Planet’ to rave reviews. Just about everyone in the Oz blues/roots/rock scene has played/recorded with him (Hannaford, Bomba, Williamson, Oldman, Burt). He’s a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter! That’s right,… it’s DARYL ROBERTS and he’s about to hit the EBC with the Allstars 26th November. Dare you to miss it!!

Buddy plays funky Blues with lightning speed licks and promises his show will “smoke ya boots”. He has notched his Blues belt with some of the biggest music festivals in Australia, and he has been described as Australia’s own B.B King .He first picked up a guitar at just ten years of age. Despite the challenge of practising on an old worn guitar, which was missing a string, Buddy’s goal to play persisted with his natural talent flourishing.

Troy Wilson band leader, teacher, singer, guitar slinger and blues innovator pays a visit to the Prince Sunday 12th November. Jerome Smith, born in New York City, grew up in Harlem. Raised on soul and country & western music by his father T.J; a sax player from South Carolina. Steeped in gospel music by his mother Lenora. From the age of 7 Jerome knew he was destined to play bass. He has worked with groups like The Manhattans, The Persuaders, Eddie Floyd, and Rufus Thomas.
